I hereby release Slamm Production, The City of Marietta, Life University, their representatives, sponsors, agents, coordinators, volunteers, referees, and any affiliate of the CCBBC from all liabilities to and from the event. I also hold harmless the families of the above mentioned. I further affirm my sole responsibility for any illnesses, injuries, accidents, incidents, losses and/or sicknesses that might incur during or after my participation in this tournament.

Refund Policy for Tournament Payments by Credit Card
Prior to the Tournament Deadline
If you withdraw from the tournament prior the tournament entry deadline, you must reverse the charges yourself. NO Refund will be given after tournament deadline. In an event a refund is granted then the cardholder must choose from one of the following options: have a credit applied towards an upcoming tournament or receive the refund by check.
What warrants a full Refund after the deadline?
What warrants a refund after the deadline?
If the customer does not get to play at least one round due to inclement weather or the tournament had to be cancelled beyond our control. A partial refund will be given if only the tournament had to be cancelled or the customer didn't play their first round. In this case, a partial refund will be half the cost of the tournament. If the customer does not participate for other reasons, the customer will not receive a credit.
